Arafah prayers held across Iran

TEHRAN, Jun. 06 (MNA) – The Arafah prayers were observed throughout the country on Thursday afternoon. Eid al-Adha, or ‘Feast of the Sacrifice, commemorates Prophet Abraham’s (known as Ibrahim in Arabic) willingness to sacrifice his son, Ismail.
